Nawk Toons Review Episode 5 Update

So while working on Episode 5 for Nawk Toons Review (NTR) I hit a serious writers block and was forced to take a break from the episode. But finally after gathering footage for the game I was struck with plenty of ideas for it. I'm completely stoked to get this episode out. Plus Kevin and Neal of NAWK have been coming up with tons of ideas for the next couple of episodes!

Nawk Toons Review Ep4

This episode has gotten more praise than the other three. A lot of people thought it was extremely hilarious and entertaining. On top of that the promise to make more reviews from Donkey Kong in the end of the episode actually got people excited.. huh who knew DK was that popular. People were actually upset with me from saying that I didn't like the N64 game. But I assure everyone that I'm gonna give it a fresh look.

Nawk Toons Review Ep3

A lot of firsts happened in this two parter episode. It was the first one to consist of more than one review, have a solid toon intro, introduced Scooter the Raccoon, who would become a continuous character in the series. Alex has gotten more cartoon looking and less stiff than before. The first review to have clips from other games and footage from a movie. Basically at this point I was feeling very comfortable with the formula I was developing. This is completely my favorite episode to date.

Probably my least favorite episode, it was very last minute and I had no time to really put effort into it. It was also the very last time I would use the lil text intro.

So here it is, Episode 1. Plenty of stuff I do enjoy about this review, and other stuff that I don't. It's my first review and the animation is lacking. But it was the first important step, and eventually the episodes got more comical in my opinion.
